Hajj 2025 After Selection, Payment, Documents – Full Process

Hajj 2025 Selection List of India

Documents to be Submitted to Your Respective State Hajj Committee

  1. Hajj Application Form
    • Include a passport-sized photo (3.5 x 3.5 cm) with a white background.
    • Signature of the applicant/heir/mehram (for ladies).
  2. Solemn Declaration and Undertaking
    • To be downloaded with the Hajj form.
  3. Two Additional Passport-Sized Photos
    • Must be color photos (3.5 x 3.5 cm) with a white background (ears should be visible for ladies).
  4. First Installment Payment
    • Amount: ₹130,300/-
    • Fill as per Haji Bank challan or receipt of online payment.
  5. Medical Fitness Certificate
    • Must be issued by a Government Hospital MBBS Doctor.
    • Take 3 sets of xerox copies after obtaining the doctor’s signature and stamp.
  6. Self-Attested Copy of Passport
    • Include copies of the first and last pages.
  7. Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook Copy
    • This should be from the account holder’s name.
  8. Residential Address Proof (if applicable)
    • For those whose passport and residential addresses are different.

Submission Methods

Payment Process for Hajj 2025

  1. Online Payment
    • Website: www.hajcommittee.gov.in / Haj Suvidha App
    • Payment Duration: 8/10/24 to 21/10/24
    • Payment Methods: Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net banking.
    • After payment, print the receipt which includes the Bank Reference Number.
    • Make sure to write the Bank Reference Number on the Deposit Receipt.
  2. Offline Payment
    • Visit Union Bank of India (UBI) or State Bank of India (SBI) for payment.
    • Download the payment slip from the website before going to the bank.
  3. Documents to Submit After Payment
    • Hajj Application Form: Download from the website.
    • Solemn Declaration & Undertaking: Comes with the Hajj form.
    • Copy of Payment Slip: Either from online or offline payment.
    • Medical Screening and Fitness Certificate: Provide 3 sets of xerox copies.

Medical Fitness Certificate Details

  1. Must be signed and stamped by a Government Doctor (Private doctor signatures are not accepted).
  2. Medical Tests Required:
    • CBC
    • Random Blood Sugar
    • Chest X-ray
    • KFT & ECG
  3. After tests, the doctor will sign and stamp your certificate.
  4. Keep 3 sets of xerox copies for personal records, and submit the original to your State Hajj Committee.

Ye sab test karwa ke…..in sab test ke report government doctor ko batana hai….fr wo aapka CERTIFICATE SIGN KAR KE APNA STAMP LAGAYEG……
3) Fir us medical certificate ki 3 set xerox copy apne pas rakhni hai…aur original apni apni state haj committee ko saare documents ke sath jama karna hai.

हज कमेटी से जिनके हज 2025 के लिए प्रोविजनल सिलेक्शन हुआ है वे 21 अक्टूबर 2024 तक पेमन्ट जमा कराए और 23 अक्टूबर तक महाराष्ट्र स्टेट हज कमेटी में नीचे दिए गए जरूरी दस्तावेज के साथ जमा कराए –
⿡ हज फार्म पासपोर्ट साइज (3.5×3.5 से मी) फोटो (सफेद बैकग्राउंड)और हस्ताक्षर (साईन) – आवेदक/वारिस/मेहरम(लेडिज़) के साथ
⿢ पुख्ता (Solemn) और पासपोर्ट जमा कराने के डिक्लेरेशन (हज फाॅर्म के साथ डाउनलोड होता है)
⿣ दो पासपोर्ट साइज (3.5×3.5 से मी) कलर फोटो (सफेद बैकग्राउंड/लेडिज़- कान खुले हो)
⿤ पहली किश्त रू 130300/- फी हाजी के हिसाब से भरा हुआ बॅन्क चलन या ऑनलाइन भरने की रसीद
⿥ मेडिकल फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट (सरकारी अस्पताल – एम बी बी एस डाक्टर)
⿦ पासपोर्ट का पहले और आखरी पन्ने की काॅपी सेल्फ अटेष्टैड
⿧ कवर हेड का केन्सल चेक या बेंक पासबुक की काॅपी
⿨ जिनके पासपोर्ट और रिहायश का पता अलग हो तो रिहायश (एड्रेस) प्रूफ की काॅपी
