सोने से पहले की दुआ :
“ऐ अल्लाह! तेरे नाम के साथ मैं सोता/सोती हूँ और तेरे ही नाम के साथ उठता/उठती हूँ।”यह दुआ सोने से पहले पढ़ी जाती है और इसमें अल्लाह की रक्षा और बरकत की प्रार्थना की जाती है। 😊

Sone Ki Sunnate (The Sunnahs of Sleeping)
- Eesha Ke Baad Jaldi Sone Ki Fikr Kare
- After Isha, it is recommended to go to sleep quickly. However, it is allowed to wake up for beneficial purposes like advising others or for necessary sustenance.
- Sone Ka Irada Karte Waqt Wuzu Kare
- When intending to sleep, perform wudu (ablution) and offer two rak’ahs of Salat al-Tawbah, asking for forgiveness for your sins. If you die after sleeping in a state of wudu, you will attain the rank of martyrdom.
- Wuzu Ke Saath Sona Sunnat Hai
- Sleeping in a state of wudu is a Sunnah.
- Bistar Ko Teen Bar Jharr Lena
- Before sleeping, shake your bed three times. If you’re in the mosque, you should sweep your bed with your hand. In the mosque, you can also lay a cloth and make the intention of I’tikaf (spiritual retreat).
- Sone Se Pehle Kapde Badalna Sunnat Hai
- It is a Sunnah to change clothes before going to sleep.
- Bismillah Padkar Darwaza Band Karna
- Before going to sleep, say “Bismillah”, close the door, extinguish the lamp, cover the utensils, and if there is no lid, place a stick over it.
- Tahajjud Ke Liye Uthne Ki Intention Karna
- To wake up for Tahajjud, recite the first and last ten verses of Surah Al-Kahf before sleeping. With the intention to wake up, insha’Allah, you will wake up at the right time.
- Ayatul Kursi Padna
- Recite Ayatul Kursi before sleep to ensure protection of your home and to safeguard yourself from Shaytaan. An angel will be appointed by Allah to protect you from everything except death.
- Sone Ke Waqt Aankhon Mein Surma Lagana
- Apply Surma (kohl) in each eye three times before sleeping. This is a Sunnah for both men and women.
- Sone Se Pehle 33 Bar Subhanallah, 33 Bar Alhamdulillah, Aur 34 Bar Allahu Akbar Padna
- Before sleeping, recite 33 times “SubhanAllah”, 33 times “Alhamdulillah”, and 34 times “Allahu Akbar.”
- Sote Waqt Daahini Karwat, Qibla Rukh Sona Sunnat Hai
- It is a Sunnah to sleep on your right side with your body facing the Qibla.
- Sote Waqt 3 Bar Astaghfirullaha Padna
- Before sleeping, say “Astaghfirullaha” (I ask for forgiveness from Allah) three times.
सोने की सुन्नाते
- ईशा के बाद जल्द सोने की फ़िक्र करे. अलबत्ता वाअज और नसीहत के लिए या राज़ी मआश के लिए जागने की इजाज़त है.
- जब सोने का इरादा करे तो पहले वुजू करे और दो रकअता सलातुत्तौबा की निय्यत से नफल नमाज पड़ कर अपने गुनाह की माफ़ी मांगे अगर बावुजू सोने के बाद मौत आगइ तो शहादत का मरतबा मिलेगा. बा वजू सोना सुन्नत है .
- तीन बार अपना बिस्तर झाड़ लें मस्जिद में हो तो हाथ फेर ले मस्जिद में मोटा कपड़ा बिछाकर सोये और एतेकाफ़ की निय्यत करे .
- सोने से पहले दूसरे कपड़े तब्दील करना सुन्नत है .
- सोने से पहले बिस्मिल्लाह पड़ के , दरवाजा बंद कर दे , चिराग बुझा दे , बर्तन ढक दे ढक्कन न हो तो ऊपर लकड़ी रख दे.
- तहज्जुद में उठने के लिए सूरए कहफ़ की शुरू की और आखिर की दस-दस आयतें पड़ लें और जिस वक्त उठने का इरादा हो उसकी निय्यत करके सोये इन्शा अल्लाह वक्त पर आंख खुल जाएगी .
- आयतुल कुर्सी पड़ले जिस से अल्लाह तआला घर की हिफाजत फरमाते है और शैतान से महफूज रखते है और एक फरिश्ता उसके सिरहाने मुकर्रर फरमाते है जो मौत के अलावा हर चीज से उसकी हिफाजत फरमाता है .
- सोते वक़्त हर आँख में तीन तीन सलाई सुरमा लगाना और मर्द औरत दोनों के लिए मसनून है
- सोने से पहले ३३ मर्तबा सुब-हानाल्लाह, ३३ मर्तबा अलहम्दुलिल्लाह और ३४ मर्तबा अल्लाहु अकबर पढ़े.
- सोते वक्त दाहिनी करवट किब्ला रुख सोना मसनुन है और ३ बार अस्तग्फिरुल्लाह पढ़े.
