أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِن كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِن كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ مِن شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ وَاللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ سُلْطَانَ الْعَظِيمِ وَالْمَنَّ الْقَدِيمِ جَلَّ وَجْهُكَ الْكَرِيمِ وَالِيَّ الْكَلِمَاتِ التَّامَّاتِ وَادْعَ وَاتَّقِيَ الْمُسْتَجَابَاتِ عَافِ الْحَسَنَاتِ وَالْحُسَيْنَاتِ مِنْ أَنفُسِ الْجِنِّ وَعَيْنِ الْإِنْسِ.
