अल्लाहुम्मा इन्नी आऊज़ु बिका मिन अं अशरका बिका शैयअन व अना आलमु बिही व अस्तग़फ़िरुका लिमा ला आलमु बिही, तुब्तु अनहु व तबर्रअतु मिनल कुर्फ़ वश्शिर्क़ि वल कज़िबि वल ग़ीबत वल बिदअति वन्नमीमति वल फ़वाहिशि वल बुहतानि वल मआस़ी कुल्लिहा व अस्लमतु व अक़ूलु ला इलाहा इल्लल्लाहु मुहम्मदुर् रसूलुल्लाह।
हे अल्लाह! मैं तुझसे इस बात की पनाह मांगता हूँ कि मैं किसी को तेरा साझी बनाऊं, जबकि मुझे इसका इल्म हो और मैं तुझसे माफी मांगता हूँ उस शिर्क से जिसका मुझे इल्म नहीं। मैं इससे तौबा करता हूँ और कुफ्र, शिर्क, झूठ, ग़ीबत, बिदअत, चुगली, बेहयाई, इल्ज़ाम और तमाम गुनाहों से बेज़ारी का इज़हार करता हूँ और मैं खुद को तेरे सुपुर्द करता हूँ और कहता हूँ कि अल्लाह के सिवा कोई माबूद नहीं और मुहम्मद (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) अल्लाह के रसूल हैं।

Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min an ushrika bika shay’an wa ana a’lamu bihi wa astaghfiruka lima la a’lamu bihi. Tubtu anhu wa tabarra’tu minal kufri wash-shirki wal-kadhibi wal-ghibati wal-bid’ati wannamimati walfawahishi wal-buhtani wal-ma‘asi kulliha wa aslamtu wa aqulu la ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah.
O Allah! I seek protection in You from that I should not join any partner with You, and I have knowledge of it. I seek Your forgiveness from that which I do not know. I repent from it (ignorance) and I reject disbelief and joining partners with You and of falsehood and slandering and innovation in religion and tell-tales and evil deeds and the blame and the disobedience, all of them. I submit to Your will and I believe and I declare: There is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is His Messenger.
