1. Ahmiyat

Mohataram Buzurgon aur Dosto!

Is waqt me hum sabko miljulkar ek mehnat karni hai. Wo ghasht waali mehnat hai! Imaan ke banane ki jitni mehnat hai aur jitne aamaal hai. Ye un sabse aham hai. Ye imaan ke seekhne ki mehnat hai. Apni basti me apni masjid ke aitraaf me jitne imaan waale bhai hai. Unse imaan ki nisbatt par milna hai. Apne imaan ke seekhne ki niyyat se imaan ki ahmiyat aur imaan ki qeemat bataana hai. Kal aakhirat me imaan kitne kaam aayega use bataana hai, apne kamzor imaan ko lekar kabhi imaan ki dawat dena, taake hamaara imaan kabhi “ban”.

Is kisam ki imaan ki mehnat ke liye unhe unke mashagil me se nikalakar masjid me laata hai. Hamaare imaan waale bhai hamaari kamzor dawat par labbaik karenge aur apne mashagil me se nikalakar masjid me aayenge. Yaha masjid me aakhirat ke ehetabaar se imaan ke ehetabaar se muqaafiri hoga. Wo tamaam aakhir Allah taala ke hukm ko ada karenge aur un muqaafiron me aakar baithenge.

Muqaafiri imaan waalon ko nafa deta hai. Usse unka imaan badhta aur ye badhta hua imaan andar se taqwa paida karega deen par chalne ka, Allah taala ke hukm ko poora karne ka, Allah taala ise himmat taufeeq de toh ho sakta hai, Allah taala ke raaste me jaane waale badhenge. Chaar mahine lagaayenge, cheela lagaayenge. Khud bhi deen par chalenge aur doosron ko bhi uski dawat denge.

Aise jo bhi aayega baat ko sunega zindagi me deen ko lagaayega. Allah taala ke hukm par aayi nabbi Muhammad (S.A.W.) ke tareeqe par chalega. Allah taala usko poora ajar aaj dega. Aur mehnat karne waalon ke taaluq se bataaya ke Allah taala hum mehnat karne waalon me se ek ek bhai ka un uska majmua ajar dega aur wo kitna hoga uska andaaza nahi lagaaya jaa sakta.

Ek aakar baitha doosra aakar baitha, wo deen par chale, unhone doosre ko dawat di, doosre teesre ko dawat denge aur ye ho sakta hai ke ye silsila qayamat tak chale! Hum qabr me chale jaayenge! Qabr me jaane ke baad bhi Allah taala us mehnat ka ajar inshaallah dete rahenge!

Dosto! Ye mehnat itni unchi hai, ke uski nisbat nabiyo ke saath hai!
Hazrat Aadam (A.S.) se lekar huzoor Muhammad (S.A.W.) tak jitne ambiya (A.S.) is duniya me taareefi laaye, har ek ne is mehnat ko kiya hai. Har nabi ne jaakar insaano ko dawat di hai, Allah taala ki taraf bulaaya hai. Imaan ke seekhne ki dawat di hai.

Nabi badalte gaye lekin dawat nahi badli mehnat nahi badli, har waqt ko Allah taala hi ki taraf bulaaya hai. Isliye ki jaane waale saare insaano ke masail ka hal isme hai, ke inka taalluq Allah taala se jud jaaye.

Huzoor (S.A.W.) ne bhi naaf ke naaf is mehnat ko kiya hai. Kabhi Ukkaaz ke bazaare me, kabhi Mina ki waadiyon me, kabhi Haajiyon ke qaafilon me, kabhi Taayef ki galiyon me is mehnat ke khaatir takleef uthayi hai. Mashakkatein jheli hai.

Saare nabiyo ki mehnat hai. Itni unchi mehnat ko humein karna hai. Humein isliye karna hai, ke iske zariye se apne imaan ko seekhna hai. Allah taala ne apne fazal se humein imaan diya hai.

Ye Allah taala ka nihayat hi hum par ehsaan hai. Uske milne par hum khush hai. Uski qadr karein aur qadr ye hai, ke uski mehnat me lagein. Jitna imaan ko seekhenge uski mehnat karenge, utna imaan badhega aur imaan badhega to deen par chalna aasan hoga.

Hukmo ko poora karna aasan hoga. Fir ek aamaat khwasiyat se muqaabla me ghaalib rahenge aur agar khuda na khwasta imaan ki mehnat ko chhod diya to usme kamzori aayegi.

Imaan me zauf paida hoga aur ye kamzori deen se door karegi. Fir khwasiyat aamaat aur ghaalib ho jaayegi. Sahaba (R.A.) farmaate hai, humne imaan ko seekha hai. Humko bhi seekhna hai.

Har imaan waale ke saamne sabse pehla taqaza apne imaan ko seekhna hai. Uski mehnat par Allah taala ki taraf se inaamaat hai.

2. Fazilat


Sabse bada nafa is ghasht ki mehnat se ye hoga ke hamaara imaan banega, masjid Allah taala ki taraf se is par inaamaat hai, fazilatein hai. Qur’aan paak me, ahaadees mubaarak me deen ki mehnat par imaan ki mehnat par Allah taala kya denge aur sabse behtareen baat badlaai ke is se dahshat aur kis ki baat hogi,
jo Allah taala ne is ummat ki tareef is mehnat ke wajah se farmaayi hai. Tum behtareen ummat ho, Allah taala ke raaste ki ek subah ya ek shaam ka nikalna duniya aur maafigaah se afzal hai.

Is raaste me ek qadam par saat sau nekiyaan milengi, saat sau gunaah maaf honge aur saat sau darje buland honge. Allah taala ke raaste me ek kalma kahenge chahe kaunsa kalma kahe saat laakh nekiyaan milengi.

Ye aakhri darja hai. Allah taala zyada dena chahe khushnudi ke wajah se ikhlaas ke wajah se to Allah taala ko ikhtiyaar hai. 14 crore aur 72 crore tak ki riwaayate milti hai.

Ek hadees qudsi ke mafhoom me aata hai,
Allah taala farmaate hai, ke mai kisi basti par aazaab ke bhejne ka iraada karta hoon, lekin waha aise logon ko dekhta hoon, jo masjidon ko aabaad karne waale hote hai. Allah taala ki khushi ke liye aapas me ek doosre se milte hai aur raato ko uthkar astaghfaar karte hai.

To apne aazaab ko moaffuq kar deta hoon. Is qadr mehnat karne waale log masjidon me aane waale banenge masjid aabaad hogi. Hum ek doosre se sirf Allah taala ki raza ke liye milenge aur Allah taala himmat de, taufeeq de, to raato ko uthkar Allah taala se maangein to ye aamaal hai. Jin ko dekhkar Allah taala apne aazaab ke bhejne ka iraada moaffuq kar dete hai.

Ek hadees me hai, ke haq taala qayamat ke din israfeel farmaayenge mere padosi kaha hai?
Farishte arz karenge ke aap ke padosi kaun hai? Israfeel hoga masjidon ko aabaad karne waale aur iske fawaid me aata hai ke Allah taala ke raaste ki dhool aur jahannam ka dhuaan ye ek jagah jama nahi ho sakta.

3. Tarbiyat


Fazail to bahot saare hai! Asal ye hai, ke mehnat ko sahi fiqro aur qurbani ke saath kiya jaaye. Kyun ke mehnat imaan seekhne ki hai. Iske liye qurbani zaroori hai. Asal qurbani to sahaba (R.A.) de kar chale gaye. Hum sabko.

Is waqt me kya qurbani deni hai!
Do namazon ke darmiyaani auqaat ko faariq karna hai. Jaise ke asar ke baad ghasht hai. To maghrib ke baad baat hogi, phir dua hogi, us waqt tak apne waqt ka mukammal faariq karna hai.

Ye ho sakta hai, ke hum me se kisi ka koi taqaza hoga, koi kaam hoga, ya kisi se mulaaqaat karni hogi. Ab hamare liye qurbani ye hai, ke hum apne kaam ya apne taqazon ko aagey pichhe karen.

Sahaba (R.A.) ne in taqazon ko duniya ke kaamon ko chhod diya hai. Hum ko bhi to chhodna nahi hai. Balki bas aagey pichhe karna hai, to ye hi hamari qurbani hogi, ye asal hai.

Isliye bolo do namazon ke auqaat ko faariq karne ke liye qurbani dene ke liye kaun kaun tayyar hai? (Har ek se taskeel ho). Agar kam saathi tayyar hota, inhe aagey bulao. Phir baaki ko qurbani ki tareef de.

Sahaba (R.A.) ki qurbaniyat batao. Phir dobaara taskeel karo. Is tarah jo tayyar ho jaaye unhe aagey bulao. Jo is qurbani par aamaada nahi hai, ye kehkar chhod diya jaaye ke apne kaam se jald faariq hokar wapas masjid me aajaaye.

Jitne tayyar ho jaaye Allah taala ka shukr ada kare phir nezam aur mehnat ke sahi rukh bataana hai.

Ghasht ki mehnat qurbani ke saath karni hai aur sahi rukh par karni hai.
Sahi nezam kya hai, ke ghasht ki mehnat chaar aamaal ke majmuay ka naam hai. Ghasht me chaar aamaal ho.

Ek amal ye hai, ke baahar ka chalna phirna imaan ki nisbat aur imaan waalon ke saath mulaaqaat karna ye amal asal hai.

Baaki ke masjid ke teen aamaal hai.

  1. Darmiyani baat (taaleem)
  2. Duayein aur zikr
  3. Istiqbaal

Ye teen aamaal pehle ke taqveeye ke liye hai. Jo jis amal me bhi rahega usko poore ghasht ka ajr milega.

Sabse pehle baahar chalne phirne ke liye jamaat banaana!
Jismein farmaaya ke koi hikmat, maslehat ya nazakat na ho, to das saathi un se behtar hai.

Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Sahab (Reh.) farmaate, “Tiltamas asraarutum qa meela.”
Haa koi hikmat hai ya maslehat hai, ya ye ke saathi hi kam hai, to jaise bhi ho saathiyon se poochhna ke kitni jamaat banao.

Ghasht ki jamaat me purane saathi zyada jaayein is ka lihaaz rakhein. Majlis me se aath das saathi chun le inhe wahi Bitaana hai!
Muntashar ho to ek ja karna hai, phir sanchaye pehle jagah ka zimmedar tay karna hai. Taake jamaat mukammal ho jaaye.

Jo saathi baahar jaane ke liye tay hue hai, un me se koi bhi to theek hai. Agar koi dur alag baitha hai, to usko uthakar jamaat ke saath bithaao. Phir rehbar ki mufthiyan bataao, rehbar basti ke saare logon ko jaanta ho, kisi ko lukma dene ki zarurat na ho, samajhdaar ho, na samajh ya bachha na ho.

Jamaat ke andar baitha hota theek hai. Agar alag hai to zimmedar ki tarah use bhi jamaat ke andar le jao. Phir usi tarah mutakallim tay karo.

Uske baad doosre aamaal ke liye duayein aur zikr, istiqbaal aur darsiyati baat ke saathi tay karna hai. Jo saathi baat kar raha hai, wahi sabko tay kare to behtar hai.

Ab sabko kaam bataana hai, mutalaja kare taake mehnat sahi rukh par ho. Sabse pehle baahar jaane waali jamaat ko kaam bataao.

4. Aadaabe Jamaat


Dekho deen ki imaan ki mehnat ki zimmedaari har imaan waale ke liye hai.
Ye jo saathi tay kiye gaye hai, ye suhulat aur sahi tareeqi ke liye hai. Warna asal zimmedaari har ek ka hai.

Sabse pehli zimmedaari ye hai, ke hum apni niyyat ko sahi kare doosron kare.
Chunke zahiran mehnat ka rukh doosron ki taraf hota hai, isliye niyyat bhi doosron ki ho jaati hai.

Ke doosre kaise deen par aa jaaye, namaaz par aa jaaye, hidaayat par aa jaaye, apni jaan se ghamfil ho jaati hai. Asal niyyat apni jaan ki hai.

Asal dawat ka maqsad apni jaan hai. Sahi niyyat ke saath mehnat karna hai, ke kaisa mera imaan bane. Mere andar se Allah taala ka gher kaise nikle apni jaan ki niyyat phir teesi niyyat ke saath karna hai, ke hum huzoor (S.A.W.) ke ummati hai.

Unki mehnat ko lekar nikle hai.
Huzoor (S.A.W.) ka har amal aur aamaali asar rakhta hai, isliye aamaal ki niyyat ke saath jaana ho, phir apne bhaiyon ke saath raahiyo ka jazba ho.

Khayr khwaahi ka jazba ho, ke ab bhi kaise deen par aajaaye, taake usko bhi dono jahaanon ki kaamyaabi mile. Kamzor imaan ko lekar kabhi imaan ki dawat. Dena hai.
Taake apna imaan kabhi bane.
Ye matlab bando me ye garz bankar jaa..!

Ghaflat ke maahole me Allah taala ke zikr ko zinda karte hue jaana hai.
Aur Allah taala ko raazi karne ke jazbe ke saath jaana hai.
Allah taala ki mana ki hui cheezo par aur badi badi shaklon par nazar na pade.
Isliye ki nazar lene ka raasta hai.

Badi badi gaadiyon aur banglon ko dekha to ye nazar ke zariye se dil me aayengi.
Jis dil me makhlooq ho waha khaaliq kaise aayenge.
Hum garz me isiliye ja rahe hai, taake Allah taala ki badayi aaye.
Zabaan par zikr ho aur dil me fikr ho.

Ye galiyon, ye kunche aur ye bazaar Allah taala ke zikr ko taras rahe hai.
Galiyon me teesra kalma aur bazaar me chautha kalma padhna hai.
Zikr thodi unchi aawaaz me ho, bikhlaahat ho.
Jaise ke sheher ki makhlooqiya bikhlaahat hai.

Aur dil me fikr ke kaise mera imaan bane.
Kaise is basti me aur saare aalam me imaan ki hawa chale aur imaan soch hawa khatam ho.
Itni fikr ho ke hum aapas me anjaani bankar chale.
Na deen ki baat ho na duniya ki baat chitra agar hoti fikron ke nikal jaane ka khatra ho.
Fikr agar na aaye to usko ba takalluf laana hai.

Phir ehteyat me bataaya ke raaste ke ek jaanib se chale.
Do saathi aage aur chaar darmiyaan aur chaar pichhe is tarah na chale.
Saathi ke ghar jaaye to darwaze ki ek jaanib poori jamaat khadi rahe.
Bhai ghar se baahar aaye to us par ijzat ki nigaah daale.

Is mehnat ke zariye se bahot si khubiyon ki apni amali zindagi me laata hai.
Hum apne imaan ke taalluq se hamesha mutafakkar rahe.
Apne bhaiyon ki khair khwaahi aaye, un par ijzat ke nigaah daalna sikhe.
Nazar ki hifaazat karne waale bane.
Zikr ki aadat pad jaaye.
Ye khubiyaan humaari zindagi me aaye.

Bhai baat sunne ke liye aaye to har saathi apna zikr band karke mutakallim bhai ke saamne aaye aur baat ki apni ehteyat ke saath sunay.
Is waqt ka zikr yehi hai ke mutakallim bhai ki baat ko suna jaaye.
Jab taskeeli hota, sirf mutakallim bhai hi taskeel kare.
Alagtaal har saathi us waqt fikrmand rahe ke ye kaise apne samaail se nikal kar masjid me rawana Ho.
Hum sab ki fikr ek hogi to uska nikaamandar aamaal hoga.
Jo tayar ho jaye to do yaa panch saathi usse imaan ke saath masjid me pahunchaye.
Masjid tak usse maghlooq le jaana hai.
Deeni ki yaa duniyavi ki baate karte hue le jaye.

Is tarah jab mehnat poori hogi, paygaamaat poore honge, yaa kaam poora ho jaye, wapas hi jaye to saare saathi namaaz ke saath Allah taala se istaghfaar karein, ke itni si hi mehnat thi, nabuwat waali mehnat hum isakee sahee qadr naa kar sake.
Wapas ke aur agar masjid me islahiyat aamaal ho raha hai, to usme shamil ho jaye.
Is tarah se har ek ka kaam rahega.

5. Zimmedar ki zimmedaari

Ab jo zimmedar hai, uska ye kaam hai ke jamaat ko sahee rukh par lekar chalaye.
Mehnat ko shuroo kare, sabse pehle duaayein kare, khud kare yaa kisi saathi ko karne ko kahe.
Albatta duaayein me asal ye hai ke Allah taala se madad ka maang le.
Jamaat ka zikr aur fikr ke saath aur sahee usool aur aadab ke saath lekar chalaye.

Aksar se usooliya yeh hoti hai ke saathi aapas me baate karne lagte hai, ya rehbar ki jagah koi aur doosra bhi rehbar ban jaata hai.
Ek mutakallim ki jagah doosra mutakallim ban jaata hai.
Taskeeli ke waqt aur saathi bhi taskeel karne lagte hai.
Ya rehbar bhi usooliya karta hai.

Zimmedar in be usooliyon ki fikr kare, ho sake to jamaat ko rok kar tarbiyat de.
Isliye ke mehnat ko sahee rukh par karna zaroori hai.
Phir uske asaraat hai.
Mehnat ka rukh galat hoga to uske asaraat bhi galat honge.

Kisi naye saathi yaa bachche ko jamaat me na chalayen.
Mutakallim bhai baat shuroo kare to sabko saamne laaye.
Bhai masjid me jaane ka aamaada ho to uske ikaam ke liye foron ek ya do saathi usse le jayein.

Wapas ho jaaye to jahan par khatam ho wahin par halke phulke andaaz me wapas ki tarbiyat de.
Dekho saathiyon wapas hi rahe hi.
Mehnat ko sahee rukh par nahi kar sake, isiliye har saathi nadaamat aur istaghfaar ke saath masjid ki taraf wapas ho.
Koi ijaazaate amal ho raha ho to usme jud jaye.

6. Rehbar ki zimmedaari

Phir rehbar ka kaam hai.
Rehbar ka kaam bohot hissa hai aur bohot zyada hai.
Bhai ko aawaaz dena hai.
Uske ghar par jaye to dastak de.
Agar bel hai to usse bajaye.
Saathi aajaye to usse salaam kare.
Uski dekh bhaleekat poochhe phir usse maanoos ho ke dekhe Allah taala ke bande aaye hai.

Agar Allah taala ke ghar se aaye hai aur Allah taala ki baat ko lekar aaye hai to Allah taala bade hai aise hi Allah taala ki baat bhi badi hai.
Gunaahon ke tiqra aamaal inshaAllah bohot nafa hoga.
Usko tayaar karke laaye aur mutakallim me milaye.
Usne kurta nahi pehna hai, yaa payjama nahi pehna hai, yaa koi cheez uske haath me hai.
To usse kurta pehen kar aane ko kahe, payjama pehen kar aane ko kahe.

Ghar me koi farz ho, to usse ghar par ruk kar aane ko kahe.
Rehbar ke zehan me ho ke ye bhai baat sunega aur sidhe masjid me jaayega.
Hamara garz dukaane nahi makaan par hoga, isiliye rehbar ek waqt me ek hi ghar yaa ek hi dukan ke bhai ko bulaye.

Baat sune aur masjid ke liye ravana ho, phir doosre saathi ko bulaye.
Aise hi nahi ke baat sunate waqt yaha waha nazar dale ko koi dekhe to usse bulaye.
Nahi balke rehbar bhi khud mohitamat ban kar baate ko sune.

Ghar par bhi saathi na mile.
Agar aurat darwaje par aaye to foron nazron ko hataaye.
Rehbar ko nazron ki hifazat ka bohot fikr karni hai.

Rehbar kisi ke ghar me na jaye, chahe apne rishtedaar ka hi ghar kyo na ho, balke apni nigaahon ko bhi gharon ke andar na daale.
Saathi na ho to fikr ke saath is baat ki dawat de ke do zore hi aajaye use foron masjid me ravana kar do, deen ki baat ho rahi hai.
Is tarah rehbar ka kaam hai.
Isse dobaara taakeedan bhi kahenge.
Dekho is tarah kaam ko karna hai.
Isiliye ke aksar rehbar se be-usooliyan ho jaati hai.

7. Mutakallim ki zimmedaari

Phir mutakallim ka kaam ye hai, ke jab imaan wala bhai rehbar use maanoos kar chuka hai, to sidhe imaan ki baat kare.
Agar maanoos karne ka mauka nahi mila hai, to phir mutakallim use maanoos kare aur phir baat shuru kare.
Kya baat karna hai?
Kyunki mehnat imaan ke sikhne ke hai, isiliye imaan ki ahmiyat ko imaan ki kimmat ko bola jaayega.

Allah taala ne hum ko imaan ki kismati niyamat di hai.
Ye itni kismati hai, ke ek waqt aayega duniya ki saari cheeze saare sahare saath chhod denge, imaan saath nahi chhodega.
Qabr me hamare saath rahega, jannat dilaayega, kaamyaabi dilaayega, hamesha hamesha ke jahannam se bachaakar hamesha hamesha ki jannat me daakhil karayega.

Is imaan ki mehnat karke sikhna hai.
Apni masjid me is taalluq se baat ho rahi hai.
Aap hamare saath chalo inshaAllah bada nafa hoga.
Uski tafkeel karna hai, wo tayyar hoga to ginmaat ke hawale kar de, agar koi ujh rakhe to uska haal bataaye.
Sahaaba (R.Z.) musarraf quraani bataaye, phir uski tafkeel kare.
Tayyar ho to masjid ravana kare, phir bhi agar tayyar na ho to usse zyada chikhana nahi hai.
Balke ye kehna hai, ke theek hai jis kaam me aap lage ho uss kaam ko aap poora karo.
Koi aur kaam haath me le lo aur jaldi se fareeg ho kar masjid pahuncho jaao.

Aate hue apne bhaiyo aur saathiyo ko bhi saath me le aao.
Is tarah use daayi banakar chhod de, is tarah har ek ka kaam bataakar phir jamaat ravana kar de.

8. Isteqbaal, duaa, zikr, darmiyaani guftagu karne waale ki zimmedaari

Phir isteqbaal wale saathi ka kaam bataaye ke zikr fikr ke saath rehna hai.
Niyat karna hai ke Allah taala poori qoum ke isteqbaal karne ki taufeeq ata farmaaye.
Koi saathi aaye to usko milkar khush ho.
Usko maanoos kare, uski khair khabar puche phir namaaz ke taalluq se puche ke mashaAllah aapne namaaz to padhi hogi!
Yaqeen ke saath puchega ke ye namaaz to padhkar hi aaye honge, wo kahega pehli hai to use baat me bigaade.
Andar tak uske saath aaye agar nahi padhi hai, to padhne ko kahe phir baat me milaade.

(Phir duaa wala kaam bataaye)
Duaa wale ka asal kaam duaa me rehna hai.
Allah taala se madad ko maangna hai!
Isiliye ke bagair Allah taala ki madad ke hum ye mehnat kar hi nahi sakte.
Asal duaa karna hai.
Agar thak gaya to gungunaaiye, ke zikr bagair na ho.
Phir thodi der ke baad duaa me lagaana hai.
Asal duaa hai.

Aur darmiyaani guftagu jiski ye ho duniya se be-raghbati aakhirat ke fikr deen ka nafa imaan jismani laa ilaaha illallah par aur Muhammadur Rasoolullah par baat karni hai aur ye ke uske sikhne ke liye maahole me nikaala jaata hai.
4 maheene, chille ke liye nikaala jaata hai.
Jamaat aaye to ye kehkar chhod de ke inshaAllah maghrib ke baad bhi baat hogi.
Saathi zaruriyat se fareeg ho jaaye, namaaz ki tayyari kar le aur baat me baithe isme takaze aayenge to usme apne naam ko likhaaye.
